1949: Germany, still in ruins from WWII, is split in two, as the Iron Curtain of the Cold War descends. East Germany and West Germany become bitter rivals, each wanting to show its system is superior. Which will reconstruct quicker? Which will make its people happier?
This Combined Edition brings two games in one box: The award winning Wir sind das Volk! (We are the people) and the 4-player expansion 2+2.
In Wir sind das Volk! you take the role of East or West Germany. Use your action cards wisely. Build up your economy and increase the living standards of your people. Precise planning is the key to victory. But be careful! Even the best plans may be derailed by events like the 1973 Oil Crisis or the Monday demos. Mass protests, that may seal your fate, are always on the horizon.
With the 2+2 Expansion, the USA and the Soviet Union enter the game. Players form two partnerships - but there can only be ONE winner! Therefore every decision is a nail-biter: What is more important right now? Your side's interests or your own?
In 2+2, the range of strategic choices is significantly widened, turning it to a completely different game: While you are building up "your" Germany (as in the base game) you also seek to manipulate your partner's choices, or even to sabotage their plans. In addition, the super powers struggle for global dominance and compete in the arms and space race. But most importantly, always remember the need for world peace, otherwise there might be no tomorrow.

Returns
SuperOffice returns policy lasts 60 days*. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return, refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an accepted return, your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
The following items cannot be returned unless the item is incorrect or defective:

Please contact our team on service@superoffice.com.au with your order number to obtain a RMA number prior to return. For warranty items, they must be returned within 14 days of approval of RMA to be deemed valid.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
We do not accept returns for items due to change of mind/don't fit that are opened and not able to be resold as new.
*60-Day returns policy are not valid for special order/bulk quantity goods items. Orders that are special order and bulk quantity goods items are subject to restocking fee of 20% and must align with supplier return terms.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 2-3 business days pending on the original payment method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@superoffice.com.au.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
