The Primal Trading Card Game (TCG) is a new fantasy trading card game that is based on fantasy beasts, dragons, beautiful anime girls, plague doctors, symbiotes and some rowdy pirates.
Primal is an easy to learn turn based fantasy trading card game that is played between 2 players. Players deploy stronger characters and strategies the longer the game progresses. Every game of primal is a battle between you and your opponent.
Charge your essence to use your abilities in the battlefield to switch the outcome of any battle. Whoever can inflict 10 direct damage first wins, every direct damage is a battle reward earned.
What makes Primal so different?
If you love strategy, versatility, and luck. You will love the gameplay. What you do from your first turn matters all the way up to your last one.
Gameplay
In every game you must create teams and designate a team leader that will face your opponent in battle. Characters have two different stats, so even if your characters do become injured they can still head to the battlefield with different stats.
Every card is a potential resource. You can choose which cards could be used to charge up your essence to surprise your opponent with your Ability cards during the battle.
Your turn is a resource as well! Every time you move up your turn marker, it gives you the opportunity to put in play stronger Characters and Strategy cards.
To win a game of Primal you need to attack your opponent directly and damage them 10 times. You win one battle reward for every damage you directly inflict to your opponent.
Battle rewards are won by your opponent moving cards from the top of their deck to their battle reward area on their side of the field. Once your opponent gives up a battle reward they lose access to that card! Unless they are able to manipulate their battle rewards.

Returns
SuperOffice returns policy lasts 60 days*. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return, refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an accepted return, your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
The following items cannot be returned unless the item is incorrect or defective:

- Some health and personal care items
Please contact our team on service@superoffice.com.au with your order number to obtain a RMA number prior to return. For warranty items, they must be returned within 14 days of approval of RMA to be deemed valid.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
We do not accept returns for items due to change of mind/don't fit that are opened and not able to be resold as new.
*60-Day returns policy are not valid for special order/bulk quantity goods items. Orders that are special order and bulk quantity goods items are subject to restocking fee of 20% and must align with supplier return terms.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 2-3 business days pending on the original payment method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@superoffice.com.au.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
