Choose carefully when to build them!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Productive Settlements are new action spaces (4 in the Mountains Area, 3 in the Hills Area, 3 in the Plains Area) that can be activated by placing the required number of Engineers.
